TERMS & CONDITIONS
* Rates are per room per night and inclusive of tax (VAT. 17.5%).
* Your VALID credit card will not be charged unless stated and only be used as a guarantee of your arrival.
* Full payment will be taken by the hotel at time of arrival or departure from your hotel. Hotels-london does not take payment.

CREDIT CARD VALIDATION -IMPORTANT
Please ensure you use a VALID credit card at the time of booking. Your credit card will not be charged, only used as a guarantee - HOWEVER, your card may be validated prior to arrival. In the event your credit card does not authorise (not charged) your booking will be immediately CANCELLED. You will have to re submit new valid credit card details and have availability re checked at the time of doing so.

CANCELLATION - FEES
* Free of charge: Prior to 12 noon 24 hours before arrival time.
* 1 night penalty charge: Within 24 hours of arrival (at the discretion of the hotel)
* 1 night penalty charge: For guest not arriving for a confirmed booking / or early departure (at the discretion of the hotel)

AMENDMENTS
Hotels London should be informed of any changes or alterations to your booking, including longer or shorter stays, so as to avoid any unnecessary charges.
